Small pets often come with very particular routines — special diets, mobility support, medication schedules or enclosures that need careful daily attention. Before any booking I come to meet your pet, learn their routine and ask as many questions as it takes for me to feel completely confident.
If it's a species or condition I haven't cared for before, I do my own research too. You'll receive plenty of photos and messages while you're away, so you never have to wonder how they're doing.
